Telegram Mini App SDK

The blockchain landscape is about to experience a significant transformation as we introduce t:connect, a groundbreaking Telegram Mini App Software Development Kit (SDK) that seamlessly integrates Tezos and Etherlink functionalities directly within Telegram’s ecosystem of 800 million active users. This innovative solution marks a crucial step in bringing Web3 capabilities to mainstream users through one of the world’s most popular messaging platforms

One of the ecosystems we are actively working with is Tezos, a decentralized blockchain platform known for its self-amending nature and focus on security, scalability, and governance. Tezos is a leading blockchain in the world of decentralized finance (DeFi), digital art, and beyond. Additionally, we’re integrating with Etherlink, an EVM-compatible sidechain of Tezos that allows seamless integration of Ethereum-based functionalities within the Tezos ecosystem. Etherlink provides scalability and compatibility benefits, opening up new opportunities for applications looking to leverage the strengths of both Tezos and Ethereum.

Our latest project, t:connect, is a groundbreaking Telegram Mini App SDK (Software Development Kit) that allows seamless integration of Tezos and Etherlink functionalities directly within Telegram.
With over 800 million active users, Telegram is a powerful communication tool, and through t:connect, we’re unlocking new Web3 capabilities right within the app. Our SDK allows developers and Web3 companies to build mini apps on Telegram that can perform blockchain transactions, manage digital wallets, interact with smart contracts, and more.

The vision behind t:connect is to bring Web3 functionalities into a widely adopted communication platform, making blockchain technology more accessible and useful to a broader audience. We’re currently supporting popular wallets such as Bitget, MetaMask, Rainbow, SafePal, and Trust Wallet for Etherlink and Altme for Tezos, with future support for Kukai iOS, Temple, and AirGap wallets.

For developers, the SDK offers a suite of tools that make it easy to integrate blockchain capabilities, whether they are developing decentralized games, or creating interactive experiences for Telegram users.

In addition to building the Telegram Mini App SDK, Softstack is also actively securing the Tezos network by running our own baker node at OVH infrastructure. A baker node in the Tezos network is akin to a validator in other proof-of-stake blockchains—it validates and adds transactions to the blockchain while ensuring network security. Running a baker node showcases our commitment to the Tezos ecosystem, as it allows us to actively contribute to the network’s integrity, security, and decentralization.

By participating in the baking process, we are helping to secure and strengthen the Tezos network, while also aligning our mission to support decentralized technologies that empower developers and users. Our role in the Tezos network not only ensures that we have a hands-on understanding of the blockchain infrastructure, but it also adds credibility and trust to the solutions we build. Our involvement in baking is a testament to our confidence in the Tezos ecosystem and our desire to contribute beyond just software development.

With t:connect, Softstack is making significant strides in bridging the gap between mainstream communication platforms like Telegram and blockchain technologies like Tezos and Etherlink. We believe that by integrating Web3 capabilities into a familiar platform, we can bring the power of decentralized technologies to millions of people, making it easier for users to interact with blockchain services without needing to leave their everyday communication tools.

Our efforts to secure the Tezos network through baking, along with the development of tools like t:connect, illustrate our long-term commitment to enhancing the blockchain landscape. Softstack remains dedicated to building the future of blockchain integration, one solution at a time, and we’re thrilled to be working alongside the Tezos community to make that vision a reality.
