Your Role

As an Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. You will also develop and maintain AWS CDK pipelines, manage deployment strategies, and work closely with our development teams to optimize workflows.

Your Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CDK.
• Design and develop CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Ensure best practices in security, compliance, and cost efficiency within AWS environments.
• Implement and optimize infrastructure strategies for scaling Web3 applications and services.
• Support merging strategies for code and infrastructure, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams.
• Work closely with developers and DevOps engineers to automate deployments and streamline operational workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve cloud infrastructure performance and reliability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong AWS experience, including services like EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, and VPC.
• Proficiency in AWS CDK (TypeScript or Python) for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and AWS networking.
• Experience in merging strategies for infrastructure and application deployment.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in Web3 infrastructure and blockchain node deployment.
• Knowledge of Terraform or other IaC tools.

• Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Develop new sales channels, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• CRM Management: Maintain an organized database of leads, contacts, and clients.
• Quotations & Finance Coordination: Gather and forward key sales data to the finance team.
• Client & Conference Engagement: Represent Softstack at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with partners and clients.
• Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on Web3 trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
