Client Overview
Our client, an innovator in the blockchain space, envisaged creating a non-custodial crypto wallet that was not only secure and efficient but also user-friendly enough to on-board users from the traditional Web2 world.
The Challenge
The challenge lay in designing and developing a product that met high security standards, ensured total control of crypto assets by the user (non-custodial), and provided a user interface that even those unfamiliar with Web3 could navigate with ease.
Our Solution
At softstack, we collaborated closely with the client, addressing their needs and specifications.
UI/UX Design
Our design team focused on creating an interface that was both intuitive and engaging, which would make the transition for Web2 users easier. We developed a clean, user-friendly design with easy-to-understand navigation and features, ensuring the user journey through the app was seamless and straightforward.
Backend Development
The wallet was developed to be non-custodial, meaning users have full control over their private keys and, therefore, their assets. This feature, while enhancing security, presented additional challenges in terms of key recovery and transfer of assets. We employed state-of-the-art cryptographic techniques to ensure these processes were both secure and user-friendly.
The Result
The resulting product was a crypto wallet that successfully combines ease-of-use, security, and user control over assets. Currently in stealth mode, the wallet has received positive feedback from initial users and is preparing for public launch.
